چکیده
The aim of this study is to reveal the effect career barriers and presenteeism behaviors physical education sports teachers on teacher professionalism through a structural equation model. hypotheses presented because literature review were tested with fictional sample consists total 411 teachers, who work in Ankara. As data collection tools, Teachers’ Career Barriers Scale, Stanford Presenteeism Scale Teacher Professionalism used research. In analysis data, theoretically created model was Considering findings obtained from research, it can be stated that participants are faced barriers, they exhibit their at reasonable level, level above average. On other hand, concluded male encountered more displayed behavior, while female had higher than participants. addition, determined administrative affect professionalism, do not have an impact level.
